Stronger ARI Staffing
The ARI should have one regional literacy specialist for every 20 participating schools
- Struggling schools need frequent support
The ARI state staff needs a staff of nine professionals to
- develop curriculum, organize training,
- work with problem schools,
- develop the proposed ARI diagnostic test
- select the ARI gold star schools
- qualify new reading specialists
- provide constant training for reading specialists
