Additional Funding
Additional grants to participating schools should be raised from $1,800 to $5,000, to cover
- more teacher release time to visit other schools
- more professional development during the course of the school year
- High turnover of principals and teachers makes ongoing professional development just as important as initial training
The more interaction across schools, the more teacher enthusiasm and educational change
