If the ARI continues to expand without adequate funding
- More and more ARI schools will show little progress
- Average performance of ARI schools will become indistinguishable from other schools
- Designation as an ARI schools will carry ever less financial and programmatic support
- Fewer and fewer faculties will see any reason to give up two weeks of their summer
