Average scores of all ARI schools mask large differences across the program
By the spring of 2001, the top schools in each cohort were about 6 NCE points (10 percentiles) above the norm
But the lowest ARI schools are actually 4 NCE points below non-participating schools
Data are based on the top and bottom 5 schools in cohorts 2 and 3 (3 schools in cohort 1)
